but we do understand limitations and we work with the associates to find the best option.
What are the rewards or incentives given by the organization?
A hard working associate is suitably rewarded for his contribution. The reward can be a cash

I have cross-functional exposure to projects. Will I be given an opportunity to work on

What kind of training is imparted to freshers?
All freshers joining the company will have to undergo an onsite training program which can be
in-house or at their university where they will be initiated into the GTSS world of working
and trained in development skills and real life situations faced in client scenario.
If I want to pursue higher studies, will I get a sabbatical from the organization?
We are flexible to the needs of the associate if he wants to pursue higher studies.
But the associate should have put in 2 years in the organization and we can send the associate to
pursue within our family of educational institutions. Sabbatical are given to people who want to take
a longer vacation and travel around the world.
